Returns & Refunds
30 day refund & exchange policy. Dependant on the circumstance, we will accept unopened and unused items back for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. Standard returns policy applies to all other returns. If items have been opened, used and working upon checking from our certified engineers, we hold the right to decline a refund or exchange dependant on the circumstance.
Faulty, Incorrect Goods
If you have received the incorrect item or you received the item damaged please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. If in the event no fault or damage is found we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or recover the costs from your refund. We advise all goods are checked before use, once the goods have been used any issues identified within the warranty period will be handled through the manufacturing brands warranty procedure found on our warranty section.
Manufacturers warranty is specified by the manufacturer of the said item, and will be stated within any documentation supplied with the said product. We hold the right to decline customer support with items that have been altered with in terms of voiding the products warranty status. We will offer a return service on warranty items back to the manufacturer IF the item(s) was purchased at Hull Powertools LTD. If the item deems unrepairable from the manufacturers, we are only a point of contact and can not confirm a return would be guranteed.
